Terms of Use and Service Agreement

1. General

1.1. The website [The Third Product] and its associated digital services (hereinafter: “the Website” or “the Service”) are owned and operated by 3Walls Ltd, Israeli company registration no. 516948353, located at 9 Hashmonaim Street, Gan Yavne, Israel (hereinafter: “the Company”).
1.2. By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at any given time shall be the binding version.

2. The Service

2.1. The Website provides access to interactive 360° virtual tours, educational and cultural content, and related digital experiences.
2.2. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing access to a virtual tour grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to view and interact with the digital content through the Website or supported platforms.
2.3. Certain tours may be available as bundles (e.g., “Rome Collection”) that grant access to multiple related tours under one payment. The Company reserves the right to update or expand bundles over time.

3. Registration and Accounts

3.1. Some features require user registration. You must provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.3. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the system, or engage in unauthorized activity.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1. Payments on the Website are processed securely via third-party gateways such as WooCommerce, Green Invoice Ltd, or PayPal. Their respective terms also apply.
4.2. Prices are displayed in the relevant currency and include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. The Company may update pricing at any time.
4.3. Upon successful payment, access to the purchased virtual tour or bundle is granted immediately.
4.4. Subscriptions or memberships (if applicable) renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.5. All invoices and receipts will be issued by 3Walls Ltd and sent to the email address provided during purchase.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. Because digital content is made available immediately after purchase, no refunds will be granted once access has been provided, except as required by applicable consumer law.
5.2. In rare cases of a technical failure preventing access, the Company may, at its discretion, offer an exchange, extension, or partial refund.

6. Usage License and Restrictions

6.1. All content on the Website—including text, images, 360° scenes, audio, videos, and design elements—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not copy, distribute, record, publicly display, or share access credentials with others.
6.3. You may not use any content for commercial or educational resale without prior written consent from the Company.
6.4. Preview or demo tours (“Intro versions”) are for limited viewing only and do not grant access to the full tour or its licensed materials.

7. Reviews and User Content

7.1. Users may submit reviews and comments after purchasing access to specific tours.
7.2. Only users who have paid for that specific tour will be allowed to post reviews.
7.3. By submitting content (reviews, comments, etc.), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and use the content for marketing and operational purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1. The Website may include links or integrations with external platforms (e.g., YouTube, Google Maps, embedded viewers). The Company is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy policies of these third parties.
8.2. Payment processing is handled entirely by external gateways, and their terms apply in addition to these Terms.

9. Technical Requirements

9.1. Virtual tours require a compatible browser and stable internet connection. For optimal performance, use updated versions of Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
9.2. The Company strives for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime for updates or maintenance may occur.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
